Privacy & data requests

To ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email privacy@origamilab.dev. Origami Lab LLC is the data controller. You can use the same address to appeal if we turn a request down.

If you use omido Trunk, it helps to include the email address on your account. That is how we find your data and confirm it is yours.

We will reply as quickly as we can, and within the time your local privacy law allows.

Most of your data is already in your hands

omido works with no account and no internet connection. Your vehicles, service records, photos, documents, and notes are stored on your device, so for most people, most of what they record never reaches us at all.

You do not need to ask us for it. Export your history as CSV or PDF, or take the whole thing, database and photos, as a single archive, any time, from inside the app. Deleting is the same: immediate, and yours to do.

Our Privacy Policy has the full detail of what we collect and why. Inside the app, Settings → Privacy lists every point at which information leaves your device.
